Project Zero Desperício

The project, which aims to take advantage of food items that used to end up in the trash - food that never went out of the kitchen, food that has an expiration date or food that has not been exposed or been in contact with the public - to people who need it.

The movement serves as an intermediary between the member establishments and the various institutions that distribute food for those who need it most. Inspira's food is collected by the Solsal Institution.
