Surprise your loved one Valentine's Day! Open is the perfect restaurant for your romantic dinner, right in the center of Lisbon, a few steps from Avenida da Liberdade. Celebrate love in a sophisticated and intimate environment.
With a decoration inspired by Feng-Shui and an organic atmosphere, this Valentine's Day we prepared a 5-course menu, featuring vegetarian options as an alternative.
The Valentine's Day Dinner menu includes:
Amuse Bouche
Shiitake mushroom soup with basil toast
Starter
Beef carpaccio accompanied by arugula, watercress and pine nuts, with reduction of port wine
Vegetarian option: Grilled vegetable salad with sweet potato puree
Fish
Braised sea bass with cockle rice, chives and lime
Vegetarian option: Courgette stuffed with Mediterranean salad, avocado and mango
Meat
Duck magret with carrot puree, ginger and orange
Vegetarian option: Green asparagus risotto with crispy leek and basil oil
Dessert
Meringue stuffed with vanilla and raspberry ice cream, creamy passion fruit
Vegetarian option: Chocolate and almond financier, São Tomé and Príncipe mousse with strawberry ice cream
